Welcome breadfriend, I am Jared, your baker! You are in the right place to sign up for the bread club and receive delicious bread weekly. All the varieties I bake are naturally leavened with my sourdough starter, hand mixed, slow fermented and baked in my wood fired brick oven. Among the benefits of this method are better taste, high quality ingredients, longer keeping quality as well as bread that is more digestible. Whenever possible I use local ingredients and fuel for the oven. My flour is sourced from Pennsylvania flour mills through Lancaster Farm Fresh co-op. I am so excited to share my bread with you!
