Alvare Artisan Bread

Alvare Artisan Bread is a small woodfired bakery in Collegeville PA. We use high quality ingredients with a focus on local purveyors and sustainability. The food we make uses long ambient fermentation, is mixed and shaped by hand, and baked in a wood fired oven.
